We ship worldwide except to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Hungary.
Shipping costs
The prices shown on the product pages include statutory VAT and all other price components. Shipping costs are also clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping basket and on the order page.
Deliveries within Germany (including statutory VAT)
For deliveries within Germany, we charge the following flat rates per order, regardless of the order value:
Delivery by letter post: €0.00
Delivery by DHL, only for items for which free delivery by letter post is offered: €4.90
Delivery of all other items by DHL, FedEx or a valuables courier: €0.00
International deliveries
International shipping costs are charged at a flat rate per order.
For deliveries to all EU countries, Liechtenstein*, Luxembourg and Monaco, we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order, regardless of the order value.
For deliveries to all other countries, we charge a flat rate of €29.90 per order, regardless of the order value.
Delivery times
All items that can be added to the shopping basket in our shop are available for immediate dispatch. We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Unless a different delivery period is stated in the product description, goods are delivered within 1–3 days in Germany and within 5–8 days for international deliveries after order confirmation (where payment in advance has been agreed, from the day after you instruct your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will send them together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
