Delivery times
All items that can be added to the shopping basket in our shop are available for immediate dispatch. We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Unless a different delivery period is stated in the product description, goods are delivered within 1–3 days in Germany and within 5–8 days for international deliveries after order confirmation (where payment in advance has been agreed, from the day after you instruct your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will send them together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
If you have any questions, you can find our contact details in the legal notice.
* Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional taxes and customs duties. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
